Tickets may be sold and purchased only in Ontario.
Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.

The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.

3. Important Dates & Draw Information
Early Bird #1 Deadline
Early Bird #1 ticket sales deadline: July 16, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. CDT

If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.
Draw will be held at 21 Sylvan Street West, Kenora ON P9N 3W8
The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG).
All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.
Winners will be posted online at https://lwdhf09062026.rafflenexus.com/winners on July 31, 2026.

4. Winner
Winner will be contacted by phone by the Lake of the Woods District Hospital Foundation.
Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.
No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Lake of the Woods District Hospital Foundation or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

5. Privacy
Lake of the Woods District Hospital Foundation does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

6. Complaints
Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: lwdhf5050@lwdh.on.ca. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

Please email our team at lwdhf5050@lwdh.on.ca should you require a refund for any ticket purchases or would like to issue a complaint, and we would be happy to assist you.
Cause
100% of the proceeds will be invested in new capital medical equipment and technology at Lake of the Woods District Hospital. Every dollar will impact patient care and keep care close to home.
Proceeds from our lottery have recently supported the purchase of:

- • Laprascopic Telescopes (Surgical Services)
- • Video Endoscope (Surgical Services)
- • Vital Signs Monitors (Across the Hospital)
- • MRI (Diagnostic Imaging)
